Customer Protection Policy 

At SGuitar Music Agency, we value our customers and we are here to help you feel confident and protected when you look for music teachers under our agency. We understand that there have been black sheeps in the industry who caused some stigma amongst parents looking for private music teachers. While we take pride and are confident in our teachers, we still want to give our clients a sense of security and assurance.

This is why, we came up with the Customer Protection Policy and we are the FIRST Music Agency in Singapore who provides this policy. See Terms and Conditions.

You are protected if:

1) You have paid for the fees for the lessons and the teacher does not turn up for lessons without prior notice.

2) You find the teachers unsuitable.

3) You have disagreements with the teachers and wish to terminate their services.

Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions for the Customer Protection Policy:

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and TravelClef Group Pte Ltd. (Co. Registration: 201608768C) and applies to your use of the SG Music Group's Private Music Agency Services. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In addition, you must read, agree with and accept any applicable agreements.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

The customer protection policy is applicable for 3 years from the date of the lesson started and will only be applicable for clients who choose the abide our payment terms. (See section "Payment Terms for Customer Protection")

Under this policy, we will be refunding the fees of up to 4 lessons. However, the lessons that have been conducted will NOT be refunded. For example. if you have paid for 4 lessons, and have gone for 3 lessons with the teacher, we will only be refunding 1 lesson. If you have paid for 8 lessons, but have not gone for any lesson, we will only refund 4 lessons. This is because under our terms, we only advice our clients to pay in blocks of 4 lessons. We are not liable to any terms and conditions that have been formed and agreed by the client separately between the teacher and student. Do not sign or agree to any terms and conditions set by the teacher if you are not agreeable to it. Before signing or agreeing to that separate agreement, you may and should, contact your agent immediately or email us at sguitar.ben@gmail.com

 

Payment Terms for Customer Protection:

Our agency does not collect any administrative fees or registration fees. In order to be eligible for the Customer Protection policy, you will have to:

1) Pay the fees for 4 lessons directly to the teacher on the first lesson itself.

OR

2) Pay the fees of 2 lessons directly to SGuitar Music Agency (TravelClef Online) prior to the start of the lesson.
